So Many Thoughts
Art for when your head is full of possibilities!
In this cyanotype, a single giant fatsia leaf holds a constellation of nandina leaves inside it — each small leaf representing a thought, a question, a memory, a plan. Some are bright and clear. Others fade softly into the background.
Created using the traditional cyanotype process and developed in sunlight, this piece captures that internal landscape — the way thoughts gather, multiply, and shape us.
“So Many Thoughts” is a meditation on the richness of an active mind — not as chaos, but as layered possibility. It’s for anyone who has ever felt full of ideas, reflection, wonder, (or even quiet overwhelm!) — and learned to see beauty in the experience.
An original, one-of-one cyanotype, created with natural botanicals and light.
18"x24" multi-exposure cyanotype with gold ink on heavy 300 gsm. watercolor paper
Fatsia, nandina, fern, Japanese stiltgrass
